Come to Finland now in Ghana
21.11.2009In October a team of teachers from Arcada, a university of applied sciences in Helsinki, visited Ghana. They travelled to the capital Accra where they met teachers and students of the National Film and Television Institute. And of course the visitors from the far north had a gift with them.
Yes, Come to Finland was presented to Ms Vicentia Akwetey, Dean of Studies. And the book gave Ms Akwetey a first glimpse of Finland.
We would like to think the co-operation between Ghana and Finland took a huge step forward.
Add to this all other stories we have heard about Come to Finland being used as an appreciated ice-breaker in many other countries around the world: Nicaragua, Nepal, South Africa, Israel, Venezuela, Great Britain, Russia and many other countries!
